Welcome to our story.
If you found your way here you must be new so there are a few ground rules you need to know. First off, we are the go to place to engage with single origin pour overs, so if you are looking for something else… this is not the place. Secondly, we are creating a lighthearted place for people to engage, if you are looking to be a snob … this is not the place. Finally we are trying to tell a story, a story of a little monkey named Sam, and his story starts here …
What I need to know about Hello World Coffee.
OUR COFFEE
We roast to order the last week of every month to ensure maximum freshness. We only sell single origin high quality coffee that is specifically roasted for a pour over method (Primarily on a Chemex or V60).
Our team of roasters is testing and developing 100’s of beans before selecting our monthly bean. It’s important to ensure the highest quality for our consumers as we only release it once per month and NEVER THE SAME ONE TWICE.
THE LOGISTICS
Our process is very easy. We sell one coffee per month that ships at the end of every month to all our clients.
We sell limited quantities with guaranteed sales only to our members.
Shipping is always free for members but not for single buyer sales.
We traditionally say that a 12oz bag is good for 12 cups of coffee. So if you are a heavy drinker get a few bags.
THE EDUCATION
Each roast comes with a wealth of information for the client. It starts with story of the green bean, but then it continues through the roast, grind, brew method, recipe and so much more.
More importantly than the materials itself are the way we are telling the story of coffee through our protagonist, Monkey Sam. Join us on the journey of Coffee Done Fun.

That is the fancy name for our first bag of coffee but we just call it “The Lightbulb”. The lightbulb is appropriately named after Thomas Edison and the lore of his 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the lightbulb. This first bag is the brain child of 1,000 of hours of work, research, samples, attempts, failures, and love. We are so excited with the finished product and hope you like it as much as do.
